No, I don't have any version of PSP.  However I have noticed "Paint 3D" in my list of accessories.  I've never investigated it.

Select areas with MAGIC WAND.

Color with solid colors and FLOOD FILL. Background could be gradient.

SH-L.CLICK to select all parts in pic that need puffing up.

EFFECTS > 3D > INNER BEVEL:
    1/4 round shape
    width:31
    Smoothness:80
    Depth:5
    Ambience:30
    Shininess:30
    Color:white, or pale yellow
    Angle:315
    Intensity:60
    Elevation:20
    OK

To fix crappy edges, without any selection do:
EFFECTS > EDGE > ERODE

SAVE

Note: Play with inner bevel parameters +/- 50% for different effects.
Write down the ones you like for future reference.

Ever try FREECELL game that comes with Windows?

The pressure is always on when I play, because I have to win!

There are about a dozen games in a million or so that cannot be won'

not like SOLITAIRE where they stack the deck to lose every second game.

Vista gives random games, while W10 gives a choice of toughness.

I don't play any installed games on my computer.

Long ago I had a version of a pinball game on my computer that I played sometimes, mostly when the internet was playing up, but that was years ago.  I no longer have it.

OK .. did it with POSITION:relative;TOP:-20px;

You may wish to keep these tips in a notebook in case you need them.

Check the total code.


I think I'm a bit off, but it looked good elsewhere.

Adjust the -20px till it's good when posted.

Would try 5px increments. I think "-" is up.
